IN GOOD conditions the final round of the mini pennants was played at Darlington Point last Tuesday.
Leeton and District Bowling Club were the winners on the day.
The win came following a countback ahead of Leeton Soldiers Club.
Congratulations girls.
Numbers were down for social bowls last Wednesday, with just 13 ladies playing.
Hopefully more will contest social bowls this week at Leeton Soldiers Club.
The weather was quite accommodating for bowlers, with just a slight breeze impacting conditions.
Winners of the day were Colleen Harrison, Therese Sarah and Val Bloem.
Runners up on Wednesday were Rhonda McAliece and Lorraine McKellar.
There was a resting toucher from Shirley Ramponi.
Social bowls will commence on Wednesday at 9am, with the monthly meeting to follow afterwards.
If it happens to be wet, the meeting will start at 10am.
Wednesday is also the last chance to enter your name for the district championships and Towning Shield.
