Donating blood could be just the answer, with the Red Cross Mobile Blood Service set to roll into Leeton on Tuesday.
One in three Australians will need blood in their lifetime, but only one in 30 donates.
Donated blood helps cancer patients, people with blood disorders, mothers-to-be and newborn babies, as well as trauma and surgical patients.
Every donation helps save three lives. Ten more donors are needed in Leeton on Tuesday and have been encouraged to register to do so.
The mobile van will be in town from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
