Emergency services were called to the intersection of Merungle Hill Road and Stringers Road about 4.45pm.
Paramedics transported two people to Leeton District Hospital, with reports of a third being taken to Wagga as a result of head injuries sustained in the accident.
As well as paramedics, Leeton Fire and Rescue NSW, the Yanco-Wamoon Rural Fire Service and police were all on scence.
One of the vehicles involved in the incident was leaking fuel following the crash, but those on scene ensured nothing caught alight as a result.
The road was closed for a short period while a clean up was underway.
