Marcus Stanford’s case was mentioned in Griffith District Court on Monday.
He has pleaded guilty to the charge of accessory to murder after the fact in Griffith Local Court on March 31.
There was some confusion about where Marcus was being held, with a suggestion that he had been transferred to Junee from Sydney and would be available to appear on Monday.
However, he has been included on the arraignment list in the Supreme Court on Friday.
The police charge sheet says that Marcus “did assist” his identical twin brother Vincent and it is believed he received her engagement ring in the post in South Australia.
Stephanie Scott’s family was not in court on Monday.
Marcus previously appeared via video-lin in Griffith Local Court on March 31.
He had a beard and appeared more robust than his brother.
Vincent was committed to stand trial in the Supreme Court on May 6 on March 31.
A previous request for an adjourment by solicitor David Davidge into Vincent’s case was rejected by Magistrate Kate Thompson.
Prosecutor Virginia Morgan objected to the request.
“This could go on for months potentially,” she said.
Certain details of the murder of Ms Scott have been suppressed due to the distressing nature of the content.
Ms Morgan tendered 16 volumes as the brief of evidence on March 31.
Mr Davidge agreed the brief was an accurate representation of the facts.
Vincent has been charged with Ms Scott’s murder.
Ms Scott, an English and drama teacher at Leeton High School, was last seen on Easter Sunday preparing lessons before her planned honeymoon.
Details of the offences in court documents reveal Stanford allegedly murdered Ms Scott on April 5 between 11am and 7.20pm at Leeton.
Ms Scott’s body was found in Cocoparra National Park the day before she was to marry her fiance Aaron Leeson-Woolley.
It is understood the Stanford family often travelled to the area for camping trips.
Her family bravely gathered with community members on that day in Mountford Park in Leeton.
Yellow balloons were released in memory of the much-loved Leeton resident and teacher.
