LEETON Motorcycle Club members reaped the fruits of their labour at the recent 2016 Australian Classic Dirt track Masters event.

Held in Griffith, several Leeton riders took part over two days of competition earlier this month.
In each section, riders took part in three qualifying heats, with the 12 fastest to ride in the final.
In the pre 78 500 class, Leeton’s Daniel Eldridge qualified third and placed sixth in the final on his Yamaha XT500.
The event also included a juniors support class modern section. Leeton’s Cameron Miners placed third in the final.
His brother Josh was fifth in the final, with both representing the club well.
Trevor Dodd’s took part in the pre 75, over 45s category.
He qualified fifth from a field of 16 and was third in the final on his 1973 TS250 Suzuki.
“It was a really good event,” Dodds said.
“There was good representation from the Leeton Motorcyle Club.”
Dodds in particular thanked those that had helped him prepare in the lead up to the event.
