Organisers said the night was a big success with the money raised to make a “huge difference” to those facing cancer.
On behalf of the Leeton breast cancer support group Laney Lashbrook-Gough thanked Di Frazer and the staff at Kendells for the event as well as the community, who braved the wild weather to show their support.
“We had all of the ladies and one man wearing about six or seven outfits each with clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories,” she explained saying the success of the night was of particular comfort to many as all of the funds went straight towards helping locals who have been diagnosed with cancer.
“It is just good to be able to help locals, you never know when or where it might happen to you or a family member of friend,” she said.
“Through Can Assist all of the money goes to helping people...with whatever they need when they are on their own cancer journey.”
