A CHANGE in date allowed more dancers to take part in the highland dancing discipline during this year’s Leeton Eisteddfod.

After originally cancelling the highland dancing component back in June, organisers were able to find a date that suited both competitors, requirements and the adjudicator for the event.
What resulted was a fantastic display in dancing and skills earlier this month.
The full Leeton Eisteddfod will get underway in August.
