Every year the Rotary hams carnival starts off the Light Up Leeton festivities and 2017 was no different.
With a warm afternoon on the cards, residents flocked to Mountford Park to get their Christmas celebrations officially underway.
First on the list of things to do was to win a Christmas ham.
As always, the method was easy.
Buy a ticket for $2 and watch your number go up.
It’s a case of win-win because if your number doesn’t come up, the money goes straight back into the community courtesy of Rotary.
Once again Rotary had many of its members helping out on the afternoon.
The hams carnival goes for around two hours before making way for Santa’s arrival and the community concert.
Don’t forget to check back on our website and Facebook page on Monday to see more of the action from Light Up Leeton.
