After the Phantoms won the toss and elected to send Narrandera in they would have soon regretted their decision with Jono Schofield and Ash Cabban leading the way from the start.
The pair put their side into an outstanding position early with an opening stand of 107 before Cabban (41) fell in 21st over to the bowling of Cooper Carter (1/10), but the dismissal did little to slow the scoring.
Dillon Penhall (16) came out to join Schofield and kept the score moving quickly before he was dismissed by Kal Poulsen (1/53).
It was the run scoring from Schofield which posed the biggest issues for the Phantoms finishing unbeaten on 123 while Narrandera finished with a total of 5/221 off their 35 overs.
The Phantoms made a good start with Campbell McMaster (8) and Jack Rasmus (36), but when Rasmus was dismissed by Jarrod O’Brien (2/18), it saw the batting side lose 4/16 to have the side in trouble.
Max Gay (28) and Matt Coelli (15*) got the side to the 100-mark but with time well and truly against them they finished the 35 overs on 6/114 to hand Narrandera a 107-run win.
In the battle of the L&D side’s Yellow elected to bat after winning the toss but the loss of Caleb Watson (6) early had the side on the backfoot.
Cooper Steele (18) and Rhett McGregor (37) steadied their side’s innings with a 49-run second-wicket stand before both fell in quick succession.
Only Mathew Axtill (14) and Dylan McKellar (13) able to break double digits as they were bowled out for 110 off 27.1 overs.
In reply, L&D Blue was never really troubled by their younger counterparts with Peter Lashbrook leading from the front.
Blue did lose Jamie O’Connell (6), Anthony Tocin (3) and Jayden Turner (3) but when Lashbrook (54*) was joined by Paul Rook (23*) the pair put on a 60-run partnership to see their side come away with a seven-wicket win.
In the final game between LSC Colts and Yanco with the Burke brothers proving difficult for the Colts top order to deal with.
Andrew picked up the wickets of Rob Keech and Rhys Carroll while Jason dismissed Ronnie Broadrick to have the Colts on the back foot.
Glenn Vitnell (21) and Dylan Barnes (18) tried to get their side back into the game, but when both fell, it became a difficult task again.
Only Michael Keech (15) was able to trouble the scorers late in the innings with the Colts eventually finishing on 9/77 of 35 overs.
While the Stags did lose early wickets, William Ormond (17), Stuart Browne (19*) and Anthony Mandaglio (23*) guided the Stags to a six-wicket win.
