Steen Johnson, aged 35, has pleaded not guilty to possessing unregistered unauthorised pistol in public, resisting arrest and driving an unregistered motorbike.
The accused came to police attention last week after they allegedly observed him riding an unregistered motorbike in a reckless manner.

He allegedly made rude hand gestures towards the police before driving off.
The accused was placed under arrest later the same afternoon when police found him attempting to restart the bike.
When officers searched his back-pack, they allegedly recovered a .22 calibre pistol.
Mr Johnson has been bail refused and will appear before Wagga Wagga Local Court on April 9.
