The town’s community hall was full of residents wishing to take pause and reflect.
Organised each year by the Yanco All-Servicemen’s Club, the short service was a time to remember the lives that were laid down so Australians could live the life they now do.
Wreaths were laid to represent various conflicts from throughout the years, as well as different organisations and armed forces.

An minute silence was held, with the Last Post and reveille sounded.
The commemorations finished with the reading of the prologue before residents adjourned for a light lunch together at the club.
