GRALEE School has again benefited from a unique charity golf day in Leeton.
The annual big hole golf day was held at the Leeton course last Sunday, with residents turning out in droves to try their hand at the event.
Organised each year by Leeton golf professional Jason Mimmo and Celair, the day aims to raise as much money as possible for Gralee School.
The concept appeals to players of all abilities as the holes are eight-inches, making it easier to sink a putt or two.
A presentation was held following the event, with Gralee presented with a cheque for $4500.
Men’s A grade: Winner Joseph Tripodi 46, runner-up John Martin 45 on a countback from Damian Lang in third on 45.
Men’s B grade: Winner James Moore 51, runner-up Peter Taylor 49, third Dylan Holt 48.
Ladies: Winner Christine Campisi 55, Helen Robinson 48, third Christine Harrison 44.
Non HCP winner was Peter Harmon on 50, runner-up Daryl Clayton 49 and third Frank Alampi 48.
