The two men who fell ill, aged 21 and 24, were taken to hospital on Saturday after being treated at the event in Darling Harbour.
Both were discharged by Sunday afternoon but the younger man was at one point sedated and in a critical condition.
The substance was packed in a clip-seal bag and labelled as "Australia's No. 1".
Just after 1pm on Sunday, police arrested two men at the exhibition.
Officers allegedly found an amount of cocaine, along with an unknown substance, after a search warrant was executed.
A 25-year-old man was charged with supplying a prohibited drug and a 31-year-old man was charged with possessing a prohibited drug.
They were both granted conditional bail to appear in Downing Centre Local Court on August 8.
