In division two semi finals, High Tree Patrol proved too strong for Hit Heads.
In a ripper first set, Keiran Moon, Billy and Katie Conroy combined well to get High Tree Patrol out to a good lead until some good serving by Sean and Declan Ryan for Hit Heads pegged the margin back.
With their teammate Anita Kinces showing her improvement in her first season, the Hit Heads took control of the serve at 21-24.
Three more points took it to the golden point, but the experienced High Tree Patrol player Tommy Patelesio found the gap in the Hit Heads defence to win 25-24.
With Callum Ryan out injured, sub Luke Fiumara tried his best to keep Hit Heads in the match and with Tracy Catlin and Linda Newman out of sorts on the night, the Hit Heads had no answers and faded as the match wore on.
Teala and Sara Howe served very well to help High Tree Patrol dominate the remaining two sets, winning 25-10, 25-7 and the match 3-0. Best players were Katie Conroy, Keiran Moon and Teala Howe.

The second set saw the Johnstone family lift their game for the Purple People Eaters, with Louise, Grant and Hamish leading them to level the scores with a 25-22 win.
The third set saw the Purple People Eaters get to out an early lead with Nyree and Callum Dunn serving well. But that was equalled by the Locals and Faasolo and Victoria Tapuvae, going on to win 25-15.
After Josh Martin had some great play at the net, the Purple People Eaters worked hard to stay in the match, but with a good serving run by Lizette Taylor, the Locals were able to run away winners 25-16 and the match 3-1. Best players were Grant Johnstone, Victoria Tapuvae and Nyree Dunn.
