A man and a woman have been taken to hospital in a serious condition after their vehicle flipped on the Sturt Highway between Narrandera and Galore.

At 6:00 Saturday morning, it is believed their car came off the road before flipping and landing on its roof.
NSW ambulance crews arrived 15 minutes later, and attended the scene on the westbound lanes near Kingston Road.
In total, six ground crews and two choppers responded to the call.
Upon arrival the 19-year-old female was found to be in cardiac arrest, but she was brought back by paramedics on site.
She was taken to Wagga Base Hospital for further assessment before being flown to Canberra Hospital.
The 23-year-old man was conveyed from the scene to Canberra Hospital.
Both remain in a critical condition.
