Becker finished the two days of play with an 18 under par over the two days, leaving a lasting impact on the Leeton green.
This year around 200 golfers took part in the Pro-Am.
Wet weather on Sunday morning did little to impact the field as golfers pushed on.
Becker is known to be an up and comer in the golfing circles and was humble when discussing his victory.
"I don't know where this came from ... I thought I was playing well, but I got a couple of bounces go my way and I held a few putts, so it was good," he said.
Becker hopes to continue improving his game throughout the year and hopes to return to the Leeton course next year.
The drawcard for this year's event was former AFL star and Brownlow medalist Jason Akermanis in the amateur division.
In the lead up to the Leeton event he had been accused of cheating at a golf course in the region, but he rubbished those claims.

After a tee time on Saturday afternoon and early morning start on Sunday, Akermanis was able to return home the scratch runner-up in the A grade amateur competition.
Leeton's Scott Turner was the overall amateur winner on a countback, while Kath Lamont won the ladies division.
The professionals will now continue to follow the Pro-Am circuit, playing in Griffith on Monday before heading to Wagga later in the week.
