PAIR TO BATTLE IN ROW FOR RACKS
Leeton men Andrew Johnson and David Tabain will be attempting to row a marathon in Jarrah Mall as a dual fund-raiser for the Love Your Sister campaign and Leeton VRA. The pair will complete a half marathon on stationary rowing machines and then push on in an attempt to complete the full marathon of 42km.

VANDALISM COST DOUBLES
Already council's year-to-date expenditure for 2008-09 vandalism repairs is $17,000, not including the damage caused when a tree was deliberately cut down in front of the Soldiers Club at the end of last month.
