Leeton are going head-to-head with the Yenda Blueheelers at No. 1 Oval, a side who beat them in a surprise loss in round one.
After getting one back on the Griffith Black and Whites last weekend, the Greens are hoping to get another win in their column.
"These are the games you do worry about a bit," coach Warren Weir said.
"Hopefully we can get the win and go from there."
Leeton will be missing one of their forwards in Rhys Wilesmith, who will be away with TAFE commitments for the clash, but Todd Prest returned to the first grade side last weekend and Paul Taavao, who has missed the last couple of weeks with a knee injury, could make a return on Sunday.
"Last time we played Yenda I believe they beat us in the forwards," Weir said.
"We've worked pretty hard on our combinations since then, so hopefully we can counteract that this time around."

Leeton are fourth with 16 points on the first grade ladder, but it's a tight competition in 2019.
Waratah Tigers are first with 20 points, with West Wyalong and Yanco-Wamoon second and third respectively both on 18.
"At this time of the season, you can't afford to be dropping games, especially ones at home," Weir said.
"These are the games we need to be winning.
"If you drop a game, suddenly you're opening yourself up to be dropping out of the top five."
The Greens are hoping to keep that winning record in tact following last week's victory.
Weir was glad to get the points, but said there was still room for improvement.
"Last week we did win, but we were very scrappy," he said.
"I haven't really been able to put my finger on why.
"We were just doing some of the basic things wrong. All I can put it down to is we got away to a bit of an early lead, so maybe we just got a bit too relaxed after that.
"We can't afford to be doing that though."
A win for the Greens will hold them in good stead for another tough clash the following week against West Wyalong.
"Hopefully the boys are just focusing on this one for now ... we know West Wyalong is coming up and it will be a big one for us, but we've got a job to do before then," Weir said.
