Wednesday ladies played a stableford. Winner was Mary Dodd on 35 points; runner-up, Lorraine Nolan, 33. Longest drive on the 10th: A Grade, Jenny Day; B Grade, Kath Meagher; C Grade, Robyn Retallick. Saturday ladies played stableford. Winner was our Captain Kath Lamont with a great score of 40; runner-up, Jacki Walsh, 35. Pins 4th and 13th, Janelle Sullivan; 15th Jenny Day.
Wednesday whackers winner was Andy Thornburrow, 38, closely followed by Harry Soley on 37.
Saturday men played stableford. A Grade, Col Tackett 36, runner-up Anthony Rudd 35 on a count back. B Grade, Owen O'Callaghan 38, runner-up Matt Piper 37 countback. C Grade Peter Kelly 39 and runner-up Peter McClosky, 36. Monday vets winner Willie Pilosio 38, runner-up Harry Soley 37 on a count back to 3rd Joe Cassone.

The Drawn Fours got underway last week with both matches so close the results were not clear until the last ends were played. Jeannie Plant and Val Bloem led for most of the match, however, Barbara Gullotta and Ann Chant picked up four shots on the 15th end and went on to win by one shot.
Jan Munro and Lorraine McKellar played Lee Noble and Laurel Cox and held on to a narrow one shot lead after 16 ends, which proved enough to go on and win by three shots. Winners: Joan Dale and Margaret McKenzie. Runners-up; Jan Munro and Lorraine McKellar. Resting touchers achieved by Ann Chant and Jan Munro.

In the Single Semi-Finals, Helen Symes took the lead off Judy Heness early in the match. Judy managed to fight back but Helen held on to win 25/20. Janet Bell, playing Lorraine Messner, held the lead throughout the match. Lorraine got close but Janet proved to be too strong - winning 25/15. Helen will now challenge Janet for the title.
Elaine Sullivan, Judy Heness, Dot Semmler and Janet Bell have travelled to Tamworth to compete in the NSW State 4s.
The drawn winners of social bowls were Lorraine Mullins and Dian Colyer. Judy Heness and Marika Pete scored a resting toucher.
INDOOR BOWLS
Social indoor bowls winners in top division were Peter Clayton and Sam Fiumara, who defeated Arthur Stavrow and Jim Stewart. In bottom division, winners were Lena Papasidero and Stan Wilson, who were too good for Sam Papasidero and Gary Green.
BARELLAN CLAY TARGET SHOOTING
Seventeen hardy souls braved the elements to compete in the Barellan Clay Target Club's August shoot. Event one was the 10-point target point score from 15 metres. This had Craig McVittie shoot the possible 30/30. On 27/30 was Brad Irvin, Stuart McVittie, George DePaoli, Clive Foster and Les Irvin.
The 25-target central Riverina points score championship was next up. The overall winner and first in A grade was Foster, with DePaoli the runner-up. B grade honours went to McVittie, with Alf Toscan second. In C grade, John Polsen was first ahead of Peter Phillpot. Veteran winner was Ken Whytcross and David Polsen won the junior section. The final event of the day was the 20-target double barrel from handicap. John Polsen and McVittie shot 19/20 and Whytcross 16/20. High gun went to McVittie.
