THE Barellan Clay Target Club's September shoot was held in cool, windy and cloudy conditions with 31 shooters in attendance.
This was also the club's annual open day, which was attended by eight novice shooters. They enjoyed the morning and six then stayed on for the afternoon shoot. Those attending for the first time came from West Wyalong, Leeton, Wagga, Griffith and Barellan. Tait Snaith, from Barellan, shot well to be awarded the novice encouragement trophy. Many thanks to club coaches Craig McVittie and Alan Bound for their expert guidance.
