Reverend Hawken started at the church earlier this year and was later officially ordained during an official ceremony at St Andrew's.
Last year he attended the fete for the first time when he came to town to have a look around, but 2019 will be his inaugural fete while at the helm.
The fete and flower show will be held at the church grounds on Saturday and there's certain to be something for everyone.
There will be stalls of all varieties, crafts, art displays, performances from highland dancers and the Leeton Pipe Band, as well as scrumptious food options.

Reverend Hawken said the flower show would also be a highlight.
Those who entered flowers for judging in the St Peter's fete and flower show, which was held on October 19, can also enter in the St Andrew's event with cumulative points being awarded for both.
At the end of both shows a grand champion will be named.
"There's a bit of friendly competition there," Reverend Hawken said.
"I think it's all in good fun and it's a great opportunity for people to showcase their hard work."
The St Andrew's fete promises to have something for the whole community and little expense.
"I'm looking forward to seeing the community come together ... you don't have to come to church or be part of the church to attend," Reverend Hawken said.
"We would love to see as many smiling faces come along as possible."
The fete will be held on Saturday from 8.30am to about 3pm.
