The Leeton Soldiers Club, through the NSW ClubGrants program, has given away $41,710 in the 2018-19.
It recently invited category one participants to be part of a presentation to recognise their hard work and receive their funds.

Category one recipients are those which support community welfare and social services; community development; employment assistance activities; community health services; and projects aimed at improving the living standards of low income and disadvantaged people.
Those groups were:
- St Vincent De Paul Society
- Leeton Community Op Shop
- Road Safety Education Limited
- Youth off the Streets Limited
- Leeton Can Assist
- Gogeldrie Weir Rural Fire Brigade
- MIA Branch of MS
- Leeton Public School P&C
- Leeton 1st Scouts
- Leeton VRA Rescue Squad
- Leeton Hospital Auxiliary
- Leeton Men's Shed
- Leeton High School P&C
- Leeton RSL Sub branch
- Koori Kids Initiative
