Kirk Walker, Emma Tyrrell and Ethan Lord each successfully finished this year's Firies Climb for MND of the Sydney Tower Eye.
Ben Boots and Mat Smith had been due to join the trio, but Mr Boots only returned to Leeton late the night before the climb after helping fight the state's bushfires, while Mr Smith had work commitments.
However, the three from Leeton were able to smash the gruelling climb up the tower, which consists of 1504 steps.
These steps are up stairs in fire escapes and the climb is completed by firies wearing their full uniform and more than 20 kilograms of structural equipment.
The whole idea is to raise money and awareness for motor neurone disease, with Miss Tyrrell expecting the Leeton group to raise around $9000.
"We've still got some to bank, but that's probably what we will end up with, which is really great," she said.
"The climb itself was pretty good.
"I beat my time from last year by two minutes, so I was pretty happy about that considering I didn't do a lot of training this year."
Since its inception in 2015, the climb has raised over $2 million for MND research.

One hundred per cent of what is raised goes to this research, which is being conducted at Macquarie University.
Miss Tyrrell said the climb was tough, but it was nothing compared to what those with MND go through every day.
"That's the motivation to push through," she said.
"There's an option for people to sponsor a stair level in honour of a loved one or family member with MND and their face is posted there, so it definitely keeps you moving.
"What we go through during the climb is nothing compared to what people with MND go through."
Miss Tyrrell was unsure if Leeton would participate in the climb next year.
"We might look at doing fundraising here for local people (with MND) as a way to give back," she said.
"We're really grateful to the community for their support."
