The quest was officially launched on Thursday evening, with the entrants - Belinda Mahalm, Vicki Hester, Bianca Iannelli, Tamara Bartram and Liz Munn - all putting their hands up to participate.
Fundraising as part of the quest is able to officially kick off from December 1, with each of the entrants using that start date to hold a stall at Light Up Leeton on Sunday.
The Ambassador Quest is held as part of the Leeton SunRice Festival, with entrants raising money for their selected charities, their chosen committee and the community as a whole.
Quest co-ordinator Cheryl Whymark was pleased five residents had put their hand up to take part.

"It's a good number, especially considering six weeks we didn't have anyone," she said.
"Our entrants range from a recent school leaver to a mum of six.
"It's great to see them taking part and doing this for their community."
Charities selected this year are the Country Women's Association, Country Hope, Leeton Can Assist, the Leeton RSL Sub-branch and the Leeton Community Op Shop.
"From what I know, some of these charities haven't been part of the quest before, so it's really fantastic to see some different ones being chosen (by the entrants)," Mrs Whymark said.
The entrants are now busily planning their fundraising calendars in the lead up to Easter next year.
On Easter Saturday the winner of the quest will be crowned, with a highest fundraising title also going to one of the entrants.
"From what I have seen coming in, there are a lot of good ideas coming through from all of the girls ... some of the events are quite different as well," Mrs Whymark said.
With the fundraising now underway, the events planned by each entrant are certain to provide residents with plenty to do between now and Easter, including in the summer months.
Residents have been encouraged to support these ideas and events wherever possible to help ensure plenty of money is raised as a result.
