Leeton hosted Griffith in the opening clash for the Cup back in December, but it was the visitors who snatched glory on the day.
Griffith have then gone on to defeat every other challenger since then, with their most recent victory last weekend against Temora.
However, Leeton will be hoping to change all of that and turn their representative season fortunes around this Sunday.

The Wolves have selected another young side for the clash, but there are several experienced players in the mix who will lead well from the front.
Captain Jordan Camm and wicketkeeper Richard Smith are among the senior players and both will be looking to not only perform well individually and contribute to the team, bit provide strong leadership on the field.
Many of Leeton's youngsters are all-rounders, capable of doing plenty with both the bat and the ball.
Last time the two sides met Leeton it was the hosts who won the toss and elected to bat first, making 156 on the day.
However, Griffith's strong batting side was able to chase down the total with 30 overs remaining up their sleeve.
The Wolves will be looking to claim Griffith's big scalps early on in the match, including captain Theo Valeri and vice-captain Haydn Pascoe, who have both been in good form this season.
Leeton certainly has the will to bring the challenge trophy home and will make sure they give themselves every chance on Sunday.
