In 2019 the Hawks broke their league tag grand final drought, not only making their first appearance in the decider, but also bringing home the trophy against their rivals in the Leeton Greens.
With the 2020 season fast approaching, the team is now hitting the paddock in preparation for the year ahead.
So far the side, which will again be coached by Monique Higgins, has been training once a week together with the Yanco-Wamoon first grade side.

However, most players have also been participating in the Leeton Community Cup competition, which is assisting with their match fitness early on.
Once this competition is finished, the league tag team will start training twice a week.
It will be an interesting season ahead for the Hawks, who will become the hunted of the competition.
One big loss for the team will be Tess Staines, who has finished her schooling and is off to Canberra.
There has been other departures, but mostly those who were attending Yanco Agricultural High School last year and have now graduated.
"We've still got a lot of our senior players and the majority of the team from last year, which is really good," Higgins said.
"We've had some new players come on board as well.
"It's pleasing to see. We've got good numbers at the moment, but we certainly wouldn't knock any other players back.
"The more we have, the better. It's a great thing for the sport for it to be popular and we only want to keep building it up."
For the moment, the Hawks are focusing on their fitness during their weekly sessions, as well as working on gelling as a group.
"The best thing about our team is we have those senior players who can lead and can work on things with some of our younger players," Higgins said.
"It's not all on me, it's a whole team effort when it comes to learning and gelling as a group.
"It's one big family."
