We may have all come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now. We are all in this together!
We can't control what's happening, but we can control the way we respond to what's happening.
We can all cope with this crisis so much better if look out for each other with care and kindness. If ever there was a time to be kind, it is now!
Let's applaud our health workers and dedicated teachers.
Let's be gracious and respectful to our supermarket staff, service providers and decision makers.
Let's uplift each other because we rise by lifting others. If you are in a position to help someone out, please do so.
Check on neighbours, phone family and friends and let them know you are thinking of them, help out the elderly - do their shopping, take their dog for a walk, just chat to them. It's the little things that mean so much.
We could all do with a little more love and compassion in our life at the moment.
Let's remember to be kind to ourselves, smile often and stay positive.
Let's bless more people with our random acts of kindness and hope that they, too, will pay it forward to someone else in their own special way.
Remember, kindness is contagious.
Let's spread it around like confetti. It is indeed cool to be kind!
