Now, community members are being invited to have their say on how $950,000 should be spent to strengthen local not-for-profit organisations in the area.
IRCF program manager, Alli Mudford, says the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal believes that local leaders know best what will make the biggest difference in their community.
"Our aim is to build resilient and vibrant communities," Ms Mudford explained.
"We hope to see a variety of not-for-profit groups and organisations represented, and all are welcome to log in and join the conversation.
"You will be helping shape what investing in Rural Community Futures program will look like in Leeton."
The discussion will be held on Friday, April 3, with the sessions held online via Zoom from 10am to 12:30pm.
"These are exciting times for our beautiful town and district," Ms Mudford said.
