Some classes at the campus, located at the Yanco NSW Department of Primary Industries facility, resumed this week, with more following suit from Monday.
The return comes following a break as a result of COVID-19 restrictions.
Tocal College principal Darren Bayley said the college suspended classes in March and had also been forced to cancel graduation ceremonies for 291 students at both the Yanco and Paterson campuses.

"We will also complement the return to face to face classes with an increased focus on digital delivery and innovation," he said.
"We've invested heavily in our online learner management system and it will continue to add value to classroom study and practical training."
Mr Bayley said while the shutdown had been challenging, it had also presented new opportunities.
"The staff have emphasised online learning, video conferencing and video production to reduce the disruption of COVID-19 on the training program and to ensure students remain engaged and progressing in their studies," he said.
"In some units of study there has been rapid development and deployment of new quality online learning opportunities, while in others it was about extending existing online resources.
"As the seasonal conditions start to improve across large parts of NSW and when we look toward recovery from COVID-19, the development of a skilled workforce for agriculture becomes even more essential."
