The long weekend is the first weekend the park has been open to the public in weeks since the COVID-19 lockdown.
Around 230 people made their way through the gates over the three days.
Altina Wildlife Park's animal and operations manager Rebecca Surian said it had been a good response for their first weekend back.
"With all the social distancing, we'd normally have double the number," Mrs Surian said.
Complying with social distancing rules has made visiting Altina a little different, as all visitors have to book before arriving.
Mrs Surian said it was change that was necessary and encouraged people to call 0412 060 342 so they weren't left disappointed.
"Every single animal is on display as normal, except the crocodile house," she said.
Mrs Surian said reptiles could experience reactions from the chemicals that are normally used for sanitising hand rails.
"We have to have a lot of nasty chemicals to get rid of every germ, if it floats off into water, it could be really dangerous. We have to think of the animals' welfare," she said.
As all visits now have to be booked, Mrs Surian said visitors were taken on a tour around the park, and were able to see the behind the scenes of where the giraffes, zebras and rhinos were kept.
However, because of tigers testing positive to COVID-19 in New York, there were no behind the scenes tours with primates or carnivores.
Three tours are run each day.
