How 2021 will look remains uncertain, but the Leeton Soldiers Club men's bowlers are surging on.
"Pennants was a write-off this year due to the COVID crisis and our results were not spectacular," men's bowls president David Noad said.
"Well done to 'Rattles' and Mark Lemon for keeping three sides on the greens with great difficulty at times. Congratulations to all the champions, especially John Leech for winning singles once again.
"A big thank you to Gary Pengelly for his hard work on the greens, it is very much appreciated and not unnoticed."

Noad hopes the monthly pairs tournaments, that are held in conjunction with the L&D, will continue.
Meanwhile, in news from the greens at the Leeton Soldiers, Bob Day has finally reached the high point of his bowling career by winning the club singles championship after many years of trying.
He triumphed 31-20 in the final against Ken O'Connell after beating perennial champion Leech in the semi-final.
Preliminary rounds of the club pairs were played at the weekend.
Leech and Day prevailed in their semi-final over Dennis Dean and Leo Plant.
They will contest the final against Lemon and John Retallick who defeated Neil Ditton and Jack Collard in the other semi-final.
The final will be played this Saturday.
