POLICE have confirmed a man involved in a serious farm accident just outside of Leeton has died as a result of his injuries.

Officers from the Murrumbidgee Police District were among the first on scene at the Stringer Road property on October 7 after reports a 67-year-old man had had an accident involving a tractor.
The call came in about 1.45pm with the Leeton Volunteer Rescue Association, paramedics and the NSW Rural Fire Service Yanco-Wamoon brigade all racing to render assistance.
"The police attended and it was confirmed the man had passed away," Murrumbidgee Police District Inspector Kim Traynor said.
"He was the owner and occupant of the Corbie Hill property.
"The man was working In his orchards at the time of the accident."
A report is now being prepared for the Coroner and SafeWork NSW has also commenced an investigation.

SAFEWORK NSW is investigating an accident in Leeton this afternoon where a man believed to be in his mid-sixties has been injured.
Emergency services from the shire were called to the Stringer Road property at Corbie Hill around 2pm with three paramedics vehicles attending, as well as police and the Rural Fire Service Yanco-Wamoon brigade.
A spokesman from SafeWork NSW has confirmed the incident, but said details are limited at this early stage.
"SafeWork NSW is responding to reports of an incident involving a tractor this afternoon at a farm in Leeton shire, injuring a male worker," the spokesman said.
"Police are onsite and no further information is available at this stage."
