The fixture has been changed up in 2020, with Leeton, Griffith and West Wyalong entering the competition, which will be held over two separate weekends.
Narrandera has decided it won't take part this year, but hopes to do so next year when the league returns to a longer format.
Both men's and women's teams from each of the three towns will compete for glory on November 7 in Leeton and November 14 in West Wyalong.
"The first gala day all of the teams will play each other ... a ladder will be drawn up from there," organiser Maddy Clyne said.
"Whoever finishes on top after that first day will go straight through to the grand final the following week at West Wyalong and second and third will play off in the morning of that second week."
Leeton's teams have started training for the competition, with the women's side to be coached by Josh Clyne and the men's by Luke Howe.
"We've got quite a young men's side ... but they are all really athletic and it shows the future of the sport is looking good," Clyne said.
"We had around 15 at the first training for the men.
"The women's side, it looks like we'll have a pretty good team, but we might struggle with availability.
"We'll just have to see how we go. It would be good to be competitive and have a real crack at it."
The first games in Leeton will get underway from 9am at the indoor stadium.
