The Phantoms will host round two of the competition, which kicked off in Hay last weekend and will conclude at Leeton's town ovals on Saturday.
In week one the Leeton's men's side won the day, starting off with wins in their pool against Wagga City 14-10, Tumut 31-0 and Deniliquin 41-0.
This qualified the team for the grand final of the day against the Griffith Blacks, which ended in a 21-all draw and required extra time.
The Phantoms were able to score first in this extra time to earn the win.
The Dianas also took part in the competition, where they went down 33-12 to Albury, also losing to Waratahs 24-10 and Wagga City 33-12.

However, they did pick up a victory against Tumut, winning 10-5.
The Dianas had many players in their side who had never played rugby union before, so this weekend club president John Hill said they should feel more comfortable as a side.
"To have so many new players who haven't played before come out to Hay and start to learn the game is fantastic," he said.
"They will be much better for the run this weekend on their home ground."
Matches in Leeton will again follow the same format, with sides playing teams within their pool before a grand final is played and a winner for the day named.
However, an overall winner will also be crowned for the two days of competition, taking in results and other factors.
Representative sevens sides for both the men and women will also be chosen which will then play in the Capital Sevens competition, which is co-ordinated by the Brumbies and will be held on November 14 and 21.
This weekend the Dianas will play Albury and Waratahs twice each, while the men will play Wagga City, Tumut and CSU Reddies with the hope of making the grand final again.
The first match will kick off at 11am with games across two fields, with the finals for the men at 6.40pm and the women's final at 7.10pm.
Spectators are welcome, but must adhere to COVID-safe protocols. A bar and canteen will be running throughout the day.
