This is the second year of the highly successful contest, which sees the L&D and the Leeton Soldiers Club combining to present a competition held on the last Tuesday of every month at alternate venues each time.
This year's competition was hampered somewhat by the COVID-19 pandemic, but was still held for four of the months.
Going into the final round, last years overall winner, Peter Durnam of Narrandera, held a slender lead.
He would have gone onto to make it a repeat if it were not for the excellent efforts of Leeton Soldiers Club bowlers Neil Ditton and Tony Wood.

The pair bounced back from a horrendous first game loss to take the points against Durnam, who was partnered with his brother.
The shock 12-7 win meant that L&D bowlers Tony Trembath and Anthony Gatt, with three wins to their credit, were able to slip past Durnam and, as well as taking out the major prize on the day, were announced overall joint winners for the year.
Trembath and Gatt finished the day on 54 points, just ahead of Graeme Ahern and Luke Melidonis on 52.
Fellow L&D bowlers Neil Condron and Tony Reneker finished third on 51.
To cap off a successful day for the L&D, Brian Harris was announced the winner of the "best of the rest" for his fine performances over the year.
Spokesman for the event, Len Clare of the Soldiers Club, was pleased with the success of the event.
"We have had a minimum of 40 bowlers each month turning up and, while the games are competitive, they have been played in the right spirit and with plenty of fun had," he said.
Clare confirmed that the competition will return in 2021.
