The community of Whitton came together to get crafty and creative by making Christmas and festive decorations for their town.
All kinds of items were used on the day with the end goal of bringing some festive cheer well and truly achieved.
Everything from wooden pallet Christmas trees to old spare tyres were decorated in Christmas colours.
There was tinsel, pine cones, paint, glitter and more all available to use on each of the masterpieces, with youngsters and adults alike delighting in making each piece come to life.
Whittom-Murrami Public School helped out on the day, as did the Leeton Salvation Army, with Leeton shire mayor Paul Maytom also popping in to lend a hand.
The decorations are now adorning the main street area in Whitton, creating plenty of smiles for passers-by, as well as bringing some much-needed festive goodwill to 2020.
The community was unable to hold its annual hams raffle event in 2020, but hopes the Christmas decorations will bring some cheer to residents and visitors alike.
