After the Ferrets won the toss they lost an early wicket with captain Mathew Axtill (4) was caught by Tom Butterfield off the bowling of Jordan Camm (1/19).
Blake McDonald and Noah Maybon looked to get their side back on track with a 30-run partnership before Jonathon Doyle (1/22) picked up the wicket of McDonald (22).
Scott McDonald joined Maybon and kept the runs ticking over before Mark Tilyard picked up the wickets of Maybon (20), Chris Iannelli (2) and Caleb Watson (2) in quick succession.
Tilyard (5/13) added Scott McDonald (21) and Kai Schmetzer (0) in consecutive deliveries before David Cato (2/4) picked up the wicket of Jack Kidd (2).
Sam Alampi (11*) added some late runs before the Ferrets were bowled out for 95 in the 29th over.
It was a tough start for the Narrandera side as Anthony Craig (3) departed in the second over when he was dismissed by Maybon.
The tough start got worse with Doyle (7) and Connor Vearing (4) falling to the bowling by Blake McDonald.
James Sullivan and Butterfield were tasked with getting their side back on track and were able to put on 21 runs for the third wicket before Sullivan was the next to depart when he was bowled by Alampi.
Jordan Camm joined Butterfield kept the positive momentum going as they passed the 50-mark before Axtill (2/13) picked up the wickets of Camm (17) and Butterfield (21) while Jason Rilen (1) was dismissed by Alampi (2/15) to see the Carpheads sitting on 7/63.
With the Narrandera side needing 33 runs off the 24 remaining overs, they had time on their side with Cato and Sam Williamson, and they put on 25 runs before McDonald (4/21) picked up the wickets of Cato (9) and Williamson (11).
Tillyard (4*) and Brodie Perram got their side close before Maybon (2/24) removed Perram to see the Ferrets hold on for the win.
