The Crows had enjoyed an excellent round one result, defeating the highly-favoured Wagga Tigers 31-30.
However, round two brought its own challenges as Leeton-Whitton lost 53-31 to their old arch rivals.
Played in Griffith, Leeton-Whitton came away with the exact same amount of goals recorded in the previous week's match.
The game started off evenly, with both sides going toe-to-toe, but as the game wore on it was the Swans who were able to break away to get the points and their first win of the season.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Leeton-Whitton will now move on last weekend's defeat with a fresh perspective and drive to register their second win of the 2021 season.
They return home to Leeton Showground on Saturday where they will face the Coolamon Hoppers, a side which has surprised this season.
For the first time in many years, the Hoppers are sitting atop the A grade ladder after starting their season with two victories against Turvey Park and Collingullie-Glenfield Park.
This all means the stage is now set for a tantalising clash on Saturday afternoon.
The Crows will be aiming to make their home court a fortress in 2021 and will fight hard to ensure they don't record a loss on their own turf.
With such a top match expected, spectators are welcome at the ground to cheer on the home side to victory. In good news, the Crows' A reserve side was able to account for Griffith last weekend, leaving them currently sitting at second on their ladder.
