United dominated possession of the ball in the first half and took opportunities at goal, which saw Young's keeper intercept within the 18 yard box.
Young scored the first goal of the match but kept Leeton in good spirits, determined to work harder to succeed a goal, after two missed attempts that flew over the bar.
The second half saw United back on the field chasing their first goal of the match to bring the score even however, Young player Laura Atkins put away a long-range goal which took the score to two-nil. Charlie Lamont took an opportunity and finally put away a goal for Leeton with a lot of help from Sally Cassilles, who worked hard all game.
The end result 2-1, players player named Sally Cassilles, who is an asset to the Women's team, her continued hard work. Coach Burley praised all his side for their growing confidence and for showing more improvement every week.
The club also wishes to acknowledge Paula Bocca, who played her last game for the side this weekend. Paula has shown great commitment to training and playing, and supporting our club.
