Life member, Bill Arnold retired from playing the game in the early 1990s but his passion for the sport has never faded, as he has continued to wear his greens, undertaking a number of different positions within the club throughout the years as a coach, president and now treasurer.
He is one of the key committee members who have worked tirelessly to bring this event to life after its postponement in 2020 due to COVID-19.
"We are all hoping the event will be successful and early ticket sales are indicating it will be," Mr Arnold said.
"If you have ever played, volunteered or are just a local who have supported the team over the years we would love to see your faces at the event to celebrate the legacy of the club and reconnect."

Many players of the club have gone on to professional careers playing for city, state and even international teams and attendees can expect some special guests on the night.
On the night, the club will announce the Team of the Century, which has been painstakingly picked by a special committee, bringing together the best 17 players from the 100 year history of the club.
The club will also present a Yearbook of the 100th Year History of the club with photos of every team that has ever worn the green jersey.
"We will also have some very special memorabilia on display, including our 1948 premiership jersey, boots last worn in 1950 and team photos from as early as the 1920s," Mr Arnold said.
Mr Arnold said his grandfather will be on display in a team photo from 1928.
A charity auction will also be held for a limited edition heritage jersey which according to Mr Arnold is in remarkably good condition.
Entry for Saturday's event costs $45 and will include entry to the reunion and a meal as well as game day admission for five matches on the day.
There will also be a meet and greet event on Friday June 25 at the Leeton Soldiers Club.
