Since its opening in 2011, the beloved local institution has been a town favourite for coffee catch ups, good food and great service and has been dubbed by many online as pouring some of the best coffee in all of Australia.
Mr Singh grew up in Leeton and recognises the hard work that the Fondacaro have put into the café and is excited to build upon their success, and continue to establish strong relationships with the community.
"The support has been overwhelming so far, we are all very grateful" Mr Singh said.
"We will be keeping the menus as they are but will have continually rotating specials.
The café is also more than happy to accommodate and customise meals and beverages to the best of our ability for customers with dietary requirements or special requests" he continued.
According to Mr Singh, the Fondacaro family has been very supportive throughout the sale of the business and after, providing advice from their ten years running the café.
