The organisation held its annual changeover dinner, with outgoing president Nicholas Wright handing over the role to Laurie Lewin for the 2021-22 year.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the club was still able to distribute more than $12,000 to a range of community groups and charities.
Mr Wright reflected on his year at the helm.
"By accepting me as president you gave me the opportunity to gain skills in leadership that I was not aware that I needed until I was challenged by the demands of the role," Mr Wright told the group on the night.
"Being encouraged, occasionally being pulled up, and most of all, being trusted, is an experience that means a lot to me.
"Through the activities we have participated in this year we have built new relationships with other organisations in Leeton and, within our newly expanded Rotary district, as well as strengthening existing relationships."
Mr Wright said the next steps for the club was to grow both as individuals and a club.
He said seeking out new projects and partnerships would be integral, as well as embedding itself within the community's growing arts and culture hub.
"Let's embrace that, contribute to strengthening that trend, and I predict that we will have ample activities to be involved in going forward," Mr Wright said.
Mr Wright's final words as president were to welcome Mr Lewin to the role.
"May you achieve everything you set out to and everyone turn up to your events on time," he said.

"May the council agree to every use of public space and may the insurance premiums remain steady. May it never rain on market day, and may COVID be vanquished from planet earth.
"To the whole club I say this past year has at times been an emotional ride - we want to do things, we want to achieve things, and that sense of being thwarted again and again could have discouraged us if we'd let it.
"But you showed up, and we made the best of it. And it only gets better from here."
