Member for Murray Helen Dalton had previously called for the meeting to be held earlier this month, but was forced to postpone it after being caught up in Sydney's COVID outbreak.
Mrs Dalton was forced into isolation after a government MP contracted the virus, but she herself did test negative.
With that now behind her, she has set a new time and date for residents to get together and discuss the Leeton District Hospital and what they see as the biggest issues and concerns.
The meeting will now be held on July 26 at the Mia Club from 5.30pm.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"(It was) very frustrating that I had to postpone the Leeton meeting due to the COVID outbreak in Sydney," Mrs Dalton said.
"I have received more than 100 emails on mental health and health issues in the past few weeks, many of them from Leeton.
"People are rightly concerned about their hospital and the lack of mental health services in town.
"I look forward to meeting with Leeton residents in late July to listen to their concerns and hear about their ideas for change."
The main aim of the meeting will be to hear people's stories of their experiences at the hospital, as well as developing a plan of action for the way forward.
Mrs Dalton said the Leeton community "deserved better" when it came to the town's hospital and the services it provides.
RSVPs are required for the meeting by July 21 and can be sent to murray@parliament.nsw.gov.au.
