Planned to be held on July 31, the reunion weekend was to include a special dinner complete with guest speakers, nostalgia and plenty of stories.
However, the ongoing rules for gatherings and events has meant the club has had to postpone the event for now.
Organisers haven't set a new date for the reunion, but with the season coming to a close soon, it is likely the reunion may be planned for the 2022 season.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The Hawks had been looking forward to the celebrations, which were to coincide with the local derby on July 31 against the Leeton Greens.
For now, all of that hard work and preparation has been put on ice as the club and many others like them wait for the current COVID rules to be eased before committing to a new date.
For those that had purchased a ticket for the reunion, organisers will soon be in touch to let them know what happens next.
