The Crows went down to the Demons 54-42, in what was their second last match of the season.
Leeton-Whitton's top netball grade is out of finals contention and, with this weekend marking their club bye, the Crows have just one more match remaining against MCUE on August 21.
The weekend's match against fourth-placed Demons was another hard-fought one for the Crows, who have experienced many matches that were within reach, but results haven't gone their way as often as they would have liked.
However, in good news for the club, A reserve was able to scrape home against the Demons with a one point victory on Saturday, 37-36.
IN OTHER NEWS:
A reserve will be featuring in the finals series and currently sit second on the table. If they can hang on to that position in the coming week, they will have the all-important double chance comes finals.
B grade also picked up a win on the weekend over the Demons, 44-25 as they continue sit pretty in first on the ladder.
In C grade, the Crows cruised to a 32-11 win, which has them sitting in fourth on the table.
The under 17s went down 31-25. They too are out of finals contention.
