The incident was one of very few to occur in Leeton over the weekend with police praising the behaviour of residents as the weather starts to warm up.
Police across the state also conducted Operation Chrome over the weekend just gone, but there was nothing of significance to report for Leeton shire, with officers reporting motorists to be doing the right thing behind the wheel.

However, police are calling on anyone who may have seen or heard anything in relation to the graffiti found on a fence in Commission Lane to contact them direct or via Crime Stoppers.
Police believe the vandalism took place sometime between October 29 and November 1.
