Round seven was well and truly won by the players as the golf course gave up some ripping scores, especially Thursday night as the 30 nett mark was obliterated on more than one occasion.

Clinton Green had previously had a slow start to the season but that turned quickly as he finished with a beautiful with a beautiful 33 off the stick nett 27 which included an eagle three on the 17th.
Quincey wins the pizza and the carwash token as round seven's Player of the Week.
Amazingly, this wasn't the lowest scratch round of the week as his playing partner and current Club Champion Josh Helson who started with an eagle on the 10th finished with 32 off the bat.
Also on the same evening dual Monthly Medalist Nick Di Pompo had nett 28 which tied Matt Arnold off the stick with both shooting 44s.
Billy Arnold confirmed his position as the hotondo King with a solid 41 nett 32 as he recovers from knee surgery, possibly caused from carrying Matt.
An honorable mention for round seven must go to Frank Millemaggi who completed three rounds last week.
He started with a 28 and followed it with a pair of 31s as spare cards and he only loses four strokes off his handicap as he's already played more than five games.
Other notable performances came from juniors Mason Boardman 30 and Darcy Mimmo 32.
Paul Payne and Peter Cooper also had 32s and Steve Webb, Bec Van Den Heuval, Emma Dale, Rocky Sillis, Rob Hillier, Dylan Napier, Tiala Howe and Andrew Day all had serviable 33s.
The ball comp cut off was 34 or better.

263 players completed round seven which finished with a great attendance of 123 starters at the MS Charity Day.
The best team performance was the Crowaholics on 169 followed by the LUFC Drop Bears on 170.
There are four more rounds until the Christmas break where teams will be divided into four divisions.
