This year, the event will be held from 6pm at Mountford Park and will be hosted by the Leeton Uniting Church.
Each year the event is coordinated by the Leeton Ministers Fraternal and is an ecumenical affair. The last time the carols were held was in 2019 when the Leeton Salvation Army hosted the event.

Priscilla Hester and Margaret Lang are both part of a dedicated group of organisers from Leeton Uniting Church who have been working tirelessly to bring the event to life as well as bringing holiday joy to all who attend.
Both women noted that planning had been 'challenging' as the goalposts for what is and isn't allowed under COVID-19 rules and restrictions were constantly moving.
"The event is still not 100 percent guaranteed by we are planning to go ahead and abide by whatever rules are in place for the date at this current time," Mrs Lang said.
"At this stage a section of Mountford Park will be cornered off to ensure we have entry points for QR check ins and for attendees to show proof of double vaccination," Mrs Hester said.
"We will continue to work closely with Leeton Shire Council to make sure we are doing the right thing."
This year, the program will be a little different to what community carolers may have seen in recent years.
"Unfortunately, we will be unable to include all the individual items from schools and churches under the conditions we are currently working with as we want to make sure what we plan to go ahead can actually happen under current COVID rules," Mrs Lang said.

Instead, carols and community singing backed up by the Leeton town band will be the focus of the event, with special items performed by individual artists including John Martin to perform in-between the carols.
"We really just want people to relax and enjoy the night," Mrs Lang said.
"We also want to invite people to bring a picnic along and spend time with their family, especially after the year we have all had."
Mrs Hester said that the event will also commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ.
"The birth of Jesus and his blessing are still just as relevant as they were when he was born, today," Mrs Hester said.
"His birth was the most important event to ever happen in the world and we would like to portray that in our carols and the message that we will deliver."
If the weather chooses not to cooperate, the wet weather venue will be at the Leeton Uniting Church at 44 Church Street, which has 'everything needed to stage the event' according to Mrs Lang.
