A YEAR of learning, achieving and growth was celebrated at Whitton-Murrami Public School prior to the current break.
The school held its annual presentation evening before the school holidays.
Special guests included Member for Murray Helen Dalton MP, Emeritus mayor Paul Maytom, Bill Alendi, Father Robert Murphy and Linda and Travis Newman.
The following students were acknowledged for their achievements throughout 2021:
Stage one academic excellence: Koa Hore and Asha Morriss.
Stage one academic application: Noah Creek.
Stage two academic excellence: Alyssa Riley.
Stage two academic application: Eva Morriss.
Stage three academic excellence: Kaia Hore.
Stage three academic application: India Morriss.
Learning and support award: Harmony Gowans.
Director of educational leadership award infants: Mayah Maxwell.
Director of educational leadership award primary: Isaac Creek.
Director of educational leadership award community member: Latisha Rawle.
Principal's award: Kaia Hore.
Principal's commendation: Patricia Ellem.
Attendance award for 100 per cent attendance: Harry Rawle.
AURORA College participation award: Kaia Hore.
Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden award infants: Bayley Hill.
