The annual Scottish Debutante Ball will be held on Friday evening, with 11 young ladies preparing to make the final touches on their outfits, dance moves and hair and make up.
The young women and their partners have been busy rehearsing for the event for many weeks.
Having been taught the tradition Pride of Erin, the group has also learned a more modern dance with the help of Sarah Morriss.
One of the organisers of the event, Anne Lepper, said she had many favourite components of the event each year.
“One of the best parts is seeing the girls and their partners really transform,” she said.
“They come to practice in their casual clothes and then on the night they all just look absolutely stunning. Sometimes it’s hard to recognise who they are.”
All of the traditional Scottish fanfare will be on show during the night, with the young men who are partnering the debutantes to wear kilts, performances from the Leeton Pipe Band and dancers, there will be haggis to eat and strip the willow will be held later in the evening.
“That’s another favourite for everyone and why our ball is a little different … it’s those kinds of traditions,” Mrs Lepper said.
“It really is an honour to be involved with this event and make sure it continues on in Leeton for many years to come.”
